The first rose from my garden. It's a Fragrant Cascade. It was
listed as "very fragrant", but I'm finding out that fragrant is relative,
but it is a lovely rose.

"Blue Ribbon", a lavender rose. Extremely gorgeously fragrant.

Here we have a warning: This was SUPPOSED to be a "Blue Girl"
rose. You can see that it is definitely not lavender. While it's
pretty, and it's quite healthy, it is most definitely not what I ordered.
Be very wary of doing business with any mail-order plant company operating
out of Bloomington, IL. I'd give exact names, but the company goes by
about a dozen different ones that change all the time (another red flag).
You can't miss their catalogs, though; they all look alike, with garish
color photos. Well, I learned my lesson... Again, it's not an unattractive
rose, with pretty streaks of red and orange on a yellow base, and it's
very healthy. Click here
for a picture of the whole bush. UPDATE: The rose is a "Tropical
Sunset".

Pink jasmine climbing up a wooden trellis. I should have used a much bigger trellis.

My house, with my 9' tall butterfly bush visible at the far
left of the porch, and the glads and roses to the far right.
